Our story: building on experience

After leaving the Army in 1995, I began working in pipe and utilities in Florida. In 1997, I returned to New York and worked with site and  road contractors until 2010, while simultaneously managing facility maintenance for a landlord and a local realtor. In 2010, I took on facility management for a 315-unit residential complex while completing my college education. After leaving that role in 2012, I founded Affordable Maintenance to provide reliable and expert property services. At Affordable Maintenance, our journey began with a clear vision: to combine extensive expertise with a commitment to professional, top-quality results at an affordable rate. With over a decade in property maintenance technology, five years as a financial professional, and 17 years in site construction, we've built a business founded on deep industry knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction.
